A normal day
- 7:15

Your first call is on your tablet the night before. You drive there from your house, in your van. No morning trip to the shop.
- 4 to 6 calls
Time to do it right
We book 90 minutes a call. Nobody here is measured on how fast they leave a house.
- 5:30
Home
Most days. On call one week in six, with a flat $250 for the week plus time and a half for anything you run.

Who does well here
- People who show up when they said they would.
- People who'd rather fix it than sell a new one.
- People who want to be a lead, a trainer or a manager in five years. Four of our six leads started as apprentices.
- It won't suit you if you want to be left alone. We ride along, we train every Monday, and we check callbacks.
